100W (50W + 50W) 12V Aluminium Reinforced Narrow Semi-Flexible Dual Battery Solar Charging Kit

These 2 x 50W narrow flexible panels feature a unique 7-layer construction, reinforced with a sheet of anodised aluminium for added strength.

The strong ETFE coating also makes these panels extremely robust and less prone to cracking, delamination and corrosion, whilst the textured surface absorbs more light than standard flexible panels.

The kit also includes a 10A 12V/24V dual battery solar charge controller designed to charge and protect 2 batteries concurrently, with automatic bring to an end to prevent over-charging. The controller uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology to increase charge acceptance, prolong battery life, and get well some lost battery capacity.

You can set the initial charging priority e.g. 80% power to go to the engine battery and 20% to leisure battery. When some of the batteries is fully charged the controller will automatically divert all power to the other battery.

The unit has many protection functions, such as stopping reverse current at night (from the battery back to the solar panel), over charge protection, short circuit, reverse polarity protection and so forth.
