Can I wear my period pants by themselves?

Every menstrual cycle is different. Here at Cheeky HQ, we will wear them by themselves on our lighter days which for us would be 3 days out of 4. On our heavier days, even though they are PLENTY absorbent enough, we like to change at lunchtime to feel fresh, or wear with a cloth period pad that can be whipped out at lunchtime for no faff.

✔How do I wash? Machine wash cold (under 30*) and then hang dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener or tumble dryer (can cause lace and elastic to fray). Put in a normal load.
✔Why must I switch? Better for the planet (sanitary products are the 5th most found item on European Beaches) Better for your pocket (on average your period lasts 7-10 years back to back in a lifetime, that is some huge cash on generic plastic filled pads and tampons!) Better for you (There were eight pesticides found in one brand of tampons, they are also found in sanitary products too)
