Designed For Strength
These bags also now feature a “Star base”, whereby the base of the bag is gathered together and sealed in this sort of way to enhance the bag. This design helps to prevent the bag breaking when full of food waste, but does not impact the overall capacity or strength of the bag.

These bags are also designed for holding garden waste. They’re thicker than the normal 80L sacks, but remember that, like any similar sack they are able to be pierced or torn by sticks and other sharp objects. They’re good for general garden waste.
