Da Londra Bamboo & Organic Cotton Plain T Shirt

This premium quality T-shirt is made from 70% bamboo viscose and 30% organic cotton. Fabric Constructed from bamboo is incredibly soft, smooth and comfortable, and yet at the same time, durable and easy to take care of. It quickly absorbs and evaporates moisture; It’s highly breathable and cool in hot weather and assists in keeping you warmer in the cold. Bamboo stays fresher and odour free for longer.

Bamboo is a sustainable natural fabric. It’s fast growing and requires no pesticides. The kind of Bamboo used in this Da Londra T-shirt is known as Moso and can grow up to 20 metres in just 45-60 days. What’s more, it regenerates itself after harvesting and, as it grows in tropical areas with natural rainfall, it needs no extra irrigation. The bamboo viscose for this t shirt is produced in a closed loop system.

We now have mixed the bamboo viscose in this T-shirt with 30% organic cotton to provide it with a better drape. Organic cotton is grown without using chemical pesticides and fertilizers. It’s free from genetically modified organisms. Harmful and hazardous chemicals are prohibited in the processing of organic textiles. Under the organic standard, farmers and workers are secure by stringent social criteria, total traceability across all of the supply chain, and also by the ban on using poisonous chemicals that can severely damage their health.
