The Offgridtec ETFE module series is high-performance modules, which were specially developed for marine use on sailing yachts, motor yachts and other boat types. Of course, these modules can be utilized just as well on vehicles, such as campers, caravans or expedition mobiles.

The front side of the solar panel is covered with a high-tech plastic layer which is based on ETFE ethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer – a Teflon derivative (PTFE) – and offers excellent protection against harmful environmental influences and is also suitable to be used in salt water. ETFE is lighter and more translucent than other plastic solutions in the marketplace. Along with the built-in SPR (Sunpower) high-performance cells from American production, these two components form an optimal basis for a top-class solar panel.
