ISLA sunglasses are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. The frame is made from PET (PET), plastic type is found in drinks and textile packaging. At Parafina, we handle recycling the PET that comes from out of control landfills to prevent them from reaching the sea. The ISLA sun model is characterised by a lightweight and waterproof sunglasses. The lenses we use for the ISLA model (made of polycarbonate) have UV 400 protection (Cat. 3) and polarized, this means that they reduce glare, optical stress and provide better contrast. All glasses come with our social packaging – a recycled plastic case (HDPE) identical to our children in Asuntion (Paraguay) and a microfibre cleaning case. As well as, you’re going to receive an eco pencil that you’ll be able to plant to reduce CO2 emissions from our atmosphere and carbon footprint.

Wipe the frame with a damp cloth, getting rid of excess water with a dry cloth. Clean lenses with specific product for cleaning lenses.
