Note:
1. The regulator is only suitable for lead-acid batteries: OPEN, AGM, GEL. Not suitable for NiMH, Li-ion or other batteries.
2. Make sure that your battery has enough voltage for the controller to recognize the battery type before first installation.
3. The battery cable will have to be as short as imaginable to minimize loss.
4. The charge controller is only suitable for regulating solar modules. Never connect any other charging source to it.
5. The controller will likely be hot when running. Please install it in a well ventilated place.
