Instructions for use: Following are some special recipes from the experience of those who have been capturing insects with bottles for many years. Please note:-The doses shown below are for use with bottles of 1.5-litre mineral water bottles.-Hornets and wasps:-1/2 litres of beer and 2 spoons of sugar or honey.-1/2 litres of water and 3 spoons of sugar or honey and a glass of red wine vinegar. Or sweet white wine sweetened with sugar or honey + 20 / 30 ml of mint syrup (a good-sized cup). Codling moths, sesias, peppered moths and other types of lepidoptera: Flavour a litre of wine by sweetening it with 6/7 spoons of sugar for up to two weeks, with 15 cloves and half a stick of cinnamon, then add it to 3 litres of water. With 4 litres of preparation, you’ll be able to fill 8 ½-litre bottles. Fruit flies (cherries, olives, nuts, citrus fruits, etc.): Add a ½ litre of liquid ammonia (used for cleaning, non-scented) as it is, for the reason that the right proportion of ammonia in the water should be 5%. The addition of sardine as protein bait can be beneficial. All common types of flies and midges: Add raw fish waste to a bottle filled with a ½ litre of water,-including sardines, anchovies, etc. (about 20/30 grams). If after a few days, the average Tap-Trap fly capture is not good, you must move the bottle (on a regular basis, just a few metres) to find the right place. This applies to both outdoor areas and stables, farms, etc..

Tap-trap is a generic organic very simple but very effective lure for the mass capture of flying pest insects. Tap-trap is used on a normal plastic bottle. The bottles will stay intact, no need to cut them or pierce holes, thus avoiding the risk of decreasing the effectiveness of the bait. Tap-trap has an essential feature: its versatility. It can be applied to any plastic bottle, and is the reason its small price and allows plenty of uses, in both in small and large scale agricultural production: orchards, vineyards, groves, etc.. Not to mention animal farming (stables, pig farms, hangars, etc.), where it significantly limits the spread of flies in a friendly and environmentally friendly way. Recommended only for outdoor use, in the open air.-Can be attached to trees or in areas of vegetation. For domestic use (country houses, farmhouses, camping, etc.), it is recommended as a defence against common infestations of wasps, hornets, common flies, gnats and more. Hang the bottles containing the appropriate bait in full view around houses and suspended from trees or near vegetation if conceivable. Never place too close to housing areas (windows, doors, etc.). Tap-trap allows you to recycle plastic bottles in a sensible way and also contributes to reducing using insecticides that aren’t only harmful for insects.
